The mini sessions will be held at the Corinth Reservoir Recreational Area, located at 4 County Route 10 in Corinth NY. Below is a link to the google maps for direction purpose:

When you arrive onsite, you can park in the lot at the beginning of the trail. My car will be there (Silver Subaru Accent) and you can park near it. The trailhead is on the far right side of the parking lot. There is about a 0.25 mile walk up the trail, that opens up into the reservoir area. I suggest bringing a comfortable pair of shoes to wear to walk up the trail as it is a bit steep at first. Please let me know if anyone in your group is unable to walk up the trail. If so, we can work with the areas closer to the parking lot.

As these are short 20 minute sessions and run back to back with others, so please arrive on time with you and your family/group ready to photo. I’d suggest arriving a little earlier so you can navigate your way to the shoot site.

I am hoping we get some good colors for these sessions! But if we are past peak, don’t worry - I can work my magic in photoshop to make the colors look more vibrant if you’d like.

Session Tips and Details

• This is pet friendly area and you are more than welcomed to bring along your furry friends. Just make sure they are leased and you bring a bag in case nature calls your pet!

• Try to use the bathroom prior to session as there is no bathrooms located onsite. The closest bathroom would be at the Stewart’s in Corinth, which is about a 5 minute drive away.

• These sessions will take place in the late afternoon, so if you have small kids, you might want to give them a nap to make sure they are up and still going for the session. They might just nap in the car on the way to the shoot!

• Feel free to bring props! Ex. your own blanket to sit or snuggle in, hats, accessories, etc.

• Hunting season starts the on October 19, so we may hear some shots fired in the distance as nearby areas are open to hunters. If you have little ones, please make sure they do not wander off the trail into the woods. I will be wearing a bright shirt that day , so please stay together and near me as we walk up the trail.

• There are some downed trees in the reservoir area due to the strong storms we had this summer, so please make sure little ones are not playing around or near them. We will be avoiding these areas for the session.

• If there happens to be a ton of rain/washout on the day, I can offer make-up sessions on Friday October 25th, or Sunday, October 27th. If neither of these dates fits your schedule, I can work with you to find a day to make it up. I will be in contact with you the morning of the shoot after I check the weather to let you know if we will be using the rain dates or not. Let’s hope Mother Nature cooperates!

Payment

After receiving your questionnaire, I will send you the session contract and invoice via e-mail. The session fee of $150 and signed contract are due prior to or at your session. Additional images can be purchased for $15 per image. All session fees and additional photo can be paid by cash, check, Venmo or a credit card.

After the Session

Once your session is over you'll receive a proof gallery with slightly edited images later in the week to choose your 6 images (and any additional) for me to perform final edits on. Once your selections are done, send me a message and I’ll start the final edit process. A final gallery with color and black & white images will be provided within 2-4 weeks after selection.

Once your answers are submitted, I’ll be sending you a contract for your review and signature prior to your session. Contract must be signed and submitted prior to the date of your session.
