General Notes - Please Read!

• All digital images will be emailed to the email provided in the gallery within 24-hours of purchase.**** NOTE: I will be on vacation/camping with no service/email from July 18th - July 26th, so if you order digitals within that timeframe, I will provide to you on Monday July 27th when I return. I will provide digital within the 24-Hour timeframe up until July 17th and after July 27th**** Print release comes with all digital photos (in a separate email) so that you can print them at any photo lab. If you don’t receive a separate email with the print release, please contact me and I will provide you with one.

• The final date for ordering printed/miscellaneous items on the gallery will be on Monday, July 27th, 2026 11:59PM. Only ordering for digital photos will remain after this date. I will be finalizing the order and submitting them to my professional lab later that week.

• As part of the Digital Pack, you will receive all photos I have taken of the individual girl, including siblings/cousins shots and all individual poses. The gallery only allows a selection of 2 individual photos, but I will send you all photos of that individual girl I have taken, so just choose any 2 individual poses. This is only the case of a few girls who I took more than 2 poses of.

• It will take approximately a week for all printed/miscellaneous items to be processed and mailed to me from the lab. I will deliver them to Juanita’s office once they come in to be distributed (same as last year). I plan to place the orders on July 28th and should have them to Juanita by early the following week.

• As noted above, I will be on vacation from July 18th - 27th with no internet/email service (I will be literally in the woods camping in the ADKs!) and will be able to answer questions from emails when I return on the evening of the 27th.

• If you need any of the photos further edited, please contact me BEFORE you place an order to let me know what needs changing.

• Due to time constraints and my busy schedule this time of year, I will not be offering the Composite Photos for this year.

• For the memory mat option, please select the individual photo you’d like to use at the top. Depending on the poses of your young lady, you will receive either a landscape or portrait version. If you have a preference on what orientation you’d like (landscape or portrait), leave a comment on that selection when viewing in your shopping cart and I will try my best to make it in that form. If there is no comment, I will choose the one orientation that is best.
