I will be sending out an email to all parents/guardians with the password on Monday March 31st and to let you know the gallery is open for orders. Be on the looking for that email! I will also be posting the password here on this webpage as well.
General Notes - Please Read!
All digital images will be emailed to the email provided in the gallery within 24-hours of purchase. Print release comes with all digital photos (in a separate email) so that you can print them at any photo lab. If you don’t receive a separate email with the print release, please contact me and I will provide you with one.
The final date for ordering printed/miscellaneous items on the gallery will be on Tuesday April 22nd. Only ordering for digital photos will remain after this date. I will be finalizing the order and submitting them to my professional lab later that week.
It will take approximately a week for all printed/miscellaneous items to be processed and mailed to me from the lab. I will deliver them to Juanita’s office once they come in to be distributed (same as last year). I will update this webpage with a more accurate date which they will be dropped off.
For those families that have siblings, with any purchase, I will provide you with the digitals of the sibling together at no extra cost. Once your order is placed, I will email you the sibling digital photo(s).
I will be on vacation from April 16th - April 20th. If you order any digital items during this time, I will get them to you on April 21st. If you have any questions during these days, I will try to answer them; however, I will not have access to my computer or gallery accounts during that time.
If you need any of the photos further edited, please contact me BEFORE you place an order to let me know what needs changing.
If I see any issues with your order on my end, I will reach out to you via email. (ex. you accidentally selected an individual photo in the option where it says “Level/Team photo” and I will contact you to determine which type you’d like)

A few updates/notes on pricing guide below:
For the Trading Pack and Basic Pack, you can choose an individual, Composite Shot, Levels or Full Team photo as your 8 X 10 (you are not limited to just a team or levels photo).
For a printer poster (16 x 20), I’ve updated the gallery to choose between a composite shot or any individual shot.
When selecting a photo for the “Composite Photo”, you can choose any of the individual photos. I will take the two photos taken of the lady and develop a composite for you. If the young lady has more than 2 photos (some of the older girls do), then comment what two photos you’d like to use in the composite shot in the comment section in the shopping cart. Depending on the poses of your young lady, you will receive either a landscape or portrait version. If you have a preference on what orientation you’d like (landscape or portrait), leave a comment on that selection when viewing in your shopping cart and I will try my best to make it in that form. If there is no comment, I will choose the one orientation that is best.
For the memory mat option, please select the individual photo you’d like to use at the top. Depending on the poses of your young lady, you will receive either a landscape or portrait version. If you have a preference on what orientation you’d like (landscape or portrait), leave a comment on that selection when viewing in your shopping cart and I will try my best to make it in that form. If there is no comment, I will choose the one orientation that is best.
